Refex Renewables' subsidiary RSSL completed 91.43% equity acquisition in Spectrum Renewable Energy Private Limited (SREPL) during FY26.
Stake acquired in three tranches: 26.07% on Aug 5, 2025; 45.98% on Aug 8, 2025; and 19.38% on Mar 30, 2026.
SREPL operates Compressed Bio-Gas and organic manure generation from press-mud at Warananagar, Kolhapur.
Remaining 8.57% equity stake in SREPL is yet to be acquired subject to compliance under the Share Purchase Agreement.
