The Board of Directors will consider and approve, inter-alia, proposal for raising funds by way of issue of equity shares through preferential issue on a private placement basis. The approval is subject to required sanctions/approvals.
Trading Window Status
In continuation of earlier intimation dated September 28, 2026, the Trading Window for dealing in the company's securities remains closed for all Designated Persons including Insiders since October 1, 2026. The window shall reopen 48 hours after the announcement of Unaudited Financial Results, both standalone and consolidated, for the 2nd quarter ending September 30, 2026 of financial year 2026-27.
