Capacity Expansion - Crushing Unit (Annexure A)

- Proposed Capacity Addition: 825 TPD
- New Total Crushing Capacity: 1,650 TPD
- Commissioning Date: The enhanced crushing capacity commenced operations on May 26, 2026.
- Investment Required: Approximately ₹389 Crores
- Mode of Financing: Debt and Internal Accruals
- Rationale: To cater to increased demand, as the existing capacity is fully utilized.
New Product Facilities (Annexure B)
The company commissioned two new manufacturing facilities at its factory in Kishanganj, Bihar, on May 26, 2026:
- Liquid Glucose (LG) Facility: Production capacity of 180 MT per day.
- Maltodextrin Powder (MDP) Facility: Production capacity of 50 MT per day.
Power Plant Expansion
- The company also expanded its Captive co-generation power plant capacity from 7.1 MW to 15.8 MW.
