Regal Entertainment's Rights Issue Committee approved the allotment of 58,36,990 equity shares at ₹14 per share on April 21, 2026.
The company's paid-up equity share capital increased from ₹3.07 crore to ₹8.91 crore post-allotment.
The basis of allotment was finalized in consultation with BSE Limited, the designated stock exchange, and the registrar.
