Regency Fincorp adjourned its April 24 board meeting to April 29, 2026 due to non-availability of required documents.
The rescheduled meeting will consider issuing rated, secured non-convertible debentures on private placement basis.
The board will also appoint a debenture trustee for the proposed NCD issue.
