The Company has executed definitive agreements on October 5, 2026 with Clean Max MUOI Private Limited (SPV) and Clean Max Enviro Energy Solutions Limited (Promoter of the SPV). The agreements include:
- Energy Supply Agreement
- Investment Agreement (Share Purchase and Shareholding Agreement)
- Performance Incentive Agreement
These agreements were executed in connection with the Company's proposed investment in the SPV for procurement of renewable energy under the group captive mechanism. The renewable energy will be used for the Company's manufacturing facilities located in the state of Haryana.
