Reliable Agri Projects Private Limited, a subsidiary of Reliable Data Services Limited, has entered into a Lease Agreement with Shri Nandi Milk Processing LLP. The agreement pertains to business operations relating to milk processing and milk products.
Under the terms of the Agreement, Reliable Agri Projects Private Limited will carry out milk processing activities including processing, manufacturing and business operations of milk and milk products from the processing plant of Shri Nandi Milk Processing LLP. The activities will be conducted in accordance with terms and conditions mutually agreed upon between the parties.
The Company disclosed that the maximum investment for the Project would be ₹600 Lakhs (₹6 Crores).
The arrangement is aimed at expanding the business operations of the Company's subsidiary, diversifying its business activities, and exploring opportunities in the dairy and milk processing sector. The Company believes this business arrangement will provide opportunities for business growth, operational synergies, and long-term value creation for its shareholders.
