Reliance Industries allotted 66,088 equity shares under its 2017 Employee Stock Option Scheme.
The shares have a face value of Rs. 10 each and were allotted on April 16, 2026.
The disclosure was formally submitted to the BSE and NSE stock exchanges.
The company also notified international exchanges in Luxembourg and Singapore of the allotment.
