Reliance Power Limited has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on Thursday, November 12, 2026. The primary agenda of the meeting is to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026 (Q2 FY27 and H1 FY27). The results will be presented both on a standalone and consolidated basis.
In accordance with the company's Code of Practices and Procedures and Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading in Securities, read with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for designated persons has been closed since Thursday, October 01, 2026. The trading window will remain closed until 48 hours after the outcome of the board meeting is made public to the market in compliance with listing regulations.
