Reliance Sets June 19 AGM, June 5 Record Date

Reliance Industries Limited has announced details for its Forty-ninth Annual General Meeting (Post-IPO) (AGM). The AGM will be held on Friday, June 19, 2026 at 2:00 P.M. (IST) through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM), in accordance with applicable circulars from the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and the Securities and Exchange Board of India.

The company has fixed two key dates:

• Friday, June 5, 2026 as the "Record Date" for determining members eligible to receive dividend for the financial year 2025-26. The dividend, if declared at the AGM, will be paid within seven (7) days of the AGM.
• Friday, June 12, 2026 as the "Cut-off Date" for determining members eligible to vote on the resolutions set out in the Notice of the AGM.
