- Engage in fertilizers and/or agro-chemicals of synthetic or natural origin containing nitrogen, phosphorous, or other components and related downstream products
- Handle all raw materials, feedstocks, intermediate chemicals, by-products and associated chemicals arising in or used for their manufacture
- Undertake these activities anywhere in India or abroad, including all incidental or ancillary activities

Scrutinizer's Role and Findings
Khandelwal & Mehta LLP, Chartered Accountants (LLP No.AAE-3742) was appointed as Scrutinizer. Partner Sunil Khandelwal (Membership No. 101388) scrutinized the e-voting process in a fair and transparent manner pursuant to Section 110 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Rule 20 and Rule 22 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014.
The e-voting process was unblocked on August 20, 2026 after conclusion of the voting period, witnessed by two independent witnesses (Mr. Tushar Amruskar and Ms. Komal Chandwani) who are not employed by the Company or KFinTech.
The Scrutinizer verified the reports generated by KFinTech on a test check basis and confirmed that all resolutions were passed with requisite majority. The electronic data and relevant records were handed over to Smt. Savithri Parekh, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer for safe keeping.
