Religare Enterprises discloses a board appointment at its step-down housing finance subsidiary, RHDFCL.
Pankaj Rathi appointed as Additional and Whole-Time Director, designated Executive Director and CFO, effective April 6, 2026.
The appointment is subject to subsequent approval by the shareholders of RHDFCL.
Mr. Rathi is a Chartered Accountant with over 15 years of experience in financial services and fundraising.
