Religare Subsidiary CHIL Appoints Manish Dodeja Executive Director

Religare Enterprises disclosed the appointment of Manish Dodeja as Whole-time Director of its material subsidiary Care Health Insurance.
The appointment is effective April 26, 2026 for a five-year term, approved by IRDAI and subject to shareholder approval.
Dodeja brings over 21 years of insurance experience, currently serving as CHIL's Chief Operating Officer.
