Remsons Industries Flooding Disrupts Manufacturing Operations

Manufacturing operations at three facilities have been temporarily suspended effective 23rd July, 2026 due to flooding caused by incessant heavy rainfall and severe waterlogging
Affected facilities located at:
A2/3 and 4, Diamond, Somnath Road, Kachigam, Near SBI Bank, Daman – 396210
A3/4, Somnath Industrial Estate, Somnath, Daman, Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu, 396210
Survey No. 146, Pardi Karia Road, Pardi, District Valsad, Gujarat – 396121

Extent of damage to plant and machinery, inventory, and other assets is presently being assessed
Financial impact cannot be ascertained at this stage due to restricted access to certain areas of manufacturing facilities from waterlogging
Access to certain areas remains restricted due to ongoing waterlogging conditions

All assets at the manufacturing facilities are adequately covered under the Company's insurance policies
Company has initiated all necessary measures to safeguard its assets
Damage assessment and restoration efforts are underway

Further updates regarding operational impact will be communicated as and when material information becomes available
Company is working to restore operations at the earliest
