Operational Update
Facility Status - Daman Locations
- Manufacturing facilities at A2/3 & 4, Diamond, Somnath Road, Kachigam, Near SBI Bank, Daman – 396210 and A3/4, Somnath Industrial Estate, Somnath, Daman, Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu – 396210 have seen water levels recede
- Power supply and other essential utilities have been restored at these facilities
- Company has commenced gradual resumption of production operations effective from 27th July, 2026
Facility Status - Valsad Location
- Manufacturing facility at Survey No. 146, Pardi Karia Road, Pardi – 396121, District Valsad, Gujarat has seen water levels recede
- Power supply has not yet been restored at this facility
- Operations continue to remain temporarily suspended at this plant
Monitoring and Future Communications
- Company is closely monitoring the situation at all affected facilities
- Will provide further updates to stock exchanges as and when there are any material developments regarding resumption of operations
