Renaissance Global Allots 8,410 ESOP Shares

Renaissance Global Limited allotted 8,410 equity shares at Rs. 110 each pursuant to employee stock option exercises.
The allotment increases the company's paid-up capital to Rs. 21.47 crore from 10.73 million to 10.73 million shares.
The shares were issued under the RGL ESOP 2021 scheme and will rank pari-passu with existing equity shares.
The company realized Rs. 9,25,100 from the exercise and will apply for listing of the new shares on NSE and BSE.
