Rentokil PCI announced acquisition of Pecopp Pest Control Services Pvt Ltd, enhancing its service footprint in Western India.
The deal integrates Pecopp’s customer portfolio, experienced workforce and operational assets into Rentokil PCI’s network of over 300 locations.
Pecopp brings “Digital Pecopp” smart monitoring and data analytics, while Rentokil PCI adds global R&D, digital infrastructure and 7,800+ staff.
