Repco Home Finance Recommends ₹3 Final Dividend

The 26th Annual General Meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, 29th September, 2026, at 11:30 A.M. (IST) through Video Conference facility/Other Audio Visual Means
The Board of Directors has recommended a final dividend of ₹3 per Equity Share of ₹10 each (face value) for approval by members at the AGM

Tax Treatment: Dividend income will be taxable in the hands of shareholders with TDS deduction at prescribed rates
Higher TDS rate of 20% will apply if PAN is not registered
