KYC and Dematerialization Requirements
The disclosure includes a reminder to shareholders regarding mandatory requirements under SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/POD-1/P/CIR/2024/37 dated May 07, 2024:
- Physical security holders must update PAN, address with PIN code, mobile number, bank account details, specimen signature, and choice of nomination
- Email ID registration is optional but recommended for online services
- Formats for nomination (ISR-1, ISR-2, ISR-3, SH-13, SH-14) and SEBI circulars are available on the company website
Payment Restrictions
Effective April 1, 2024, physical security holders whose folios do not have updated PAN, nomination choice, contact details, bank account details, and specimen signature will only be eligible to receive payments (including dividend, interest, or redemption payments) through electronic mode.
