Trading Window Status
In continuation of earlier intimation, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company remains closed for all designated persons and their immediate relatives. The closure will continue until 48 hours after the declaration of financial results, as per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading.
