The store is located at Deshabhimani Junction and represents ResMed’s entry into the South Indian market.

  • The centre combines patients, healthcare professionals (HCPs), therapy users and the ResMed brand under one roof, offering sleep‑health awareness galleries, product experience zones, consultation areas, an HCP lounge and interactive spaces.
  • A dedicated “Sleep Better Room” provides an immersive demonstration where visitors can try different masks and devices, experience therapy, and learn how quality sleep improves health.
  • The store showcases ResMed’s cloud‑connected sleep therapy solutions, notably the AirSense 11 device integrated with the myAir and AirView platforms, which allow remote monitoring of therapy progress, improved adherence and personalised care.
  • Trained sleep coaches are available for consultations on therapy options, device usage and mask selection.

Sandeep Gulati, General Manager‑India and South Asia, said the inauguration marks an important step in ResMed’s expansion into South India, highlighting Kerala and the wider southern region as a key market. He emphasized that the centre will create an interactive space for consumers to understand their sleep health needs, explore solutions and make informed decisions in consultation with HCPs, aligning with ResMed’s mission “to create life‑changing technologies that people love.”
