Regulatory disclosure intimating BSE Limited about an upcoming board meeting scheduled for Thursday, August 13, 2026.
The primary purpose of the board meeting is to consider and approve the unaudited Standalone and Consolidated financial results of the Company for the first quarter ended on June 30, 2026.
In accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company's Code of Conduct, the Trading Window for dealing in the equity shares of the Company was closed from July 1, 2026. The closure period extends until 48 hours after the announcement of financial results and applies to all designated persons, their immediate relatives, and all connected persons covered under the Code.
The Trading Window is scheduled to reopen on Tuesday, August 18, 2026.
