Responsive Industries appointed Mr. Jayesh Jain as Company Secretary, Compliance Officer, and Key Managerial Personnel effective May 4, 2026.
Mr. Jain holds ICSI membership and B.Com degree with experience in listed company compliances including Companies Act and SEBI regulations.
The Board authorized Mr. Jain to determine materiality of events and make disclosures to stock exchanges under SEBI LODR Regulations.
The appointment complies with SEBI Circular SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023 requirements.
