Retro Green Revolution Limited has entered into a non-binding MOU to acquire an initial 36% stake in Sevenglow Lights Limited, with the potential to increase to 100%.
The investment is subject to due diligence, regulatory and shareholder approvals, and the execution of definitive agreements.
The MOU grants Retro the right to appoint directors and includes performance-based milestones for further investment.
