The disclosure includes a reminder to update KYC details pursuant to SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/POD-1/P/CIR/2024/37 dated May 07, 2024. The circular mandates that physical security holders must update:

- Address with PIN code
- Mobile Number
- Bank Account details
- Specimen Signature
- Choice of Nomination
While email ID registration is optional, it is requested to avail online services. From April 1, 2024, all payments (dividend, interest, redemption) for physical folios without updated KYC will be made only through electronic mode.
