Revolut will discontinue its commodities offering (gold, silver, platinum, palladium) in unspecified European countries, giving customers 60 days to sell holdings.
The company holds £739 million ($997 million) in precious metals as of 2025, up from £199 million in 2024, per its annual report.
Affected customers will be directly contacted, receive commission fee refunds, while all other Revolut services remain unchanged.
Revolut has applied for a banking licence in France, expanding beyond its current EU licence from Lithuania.
