RHI Magnesita Appoints Subsidiary Independent Director

RHI Magnesita India appointed Ms. Sonu Chadha as Non-Executive Independent Director of material subsidiary RHI Magnesita India Refractories effective 20 May 2026.
The appointment is subject to shareholder approval at the subsidiary's ensuing Annual General Meeting and was made under SEBI Listing Regulation 30.
Ms. Chadha brings over 25 years of entrepreneurial experience and currently serves as Independent Director of the parent company RHI Magnesita India.
The disclosure includes mandatory director profile and confirms no debarment orders exist against Ms. Chadha from SEBI or any other authority.
