Key Leadership Changes
The Board of Directors announced the appointment of Pankaj Malhan as the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Company, effective 1 July 2026. Concurrently, Parmod Sagar, who previously held the combined role of Chairman, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, will continue serving as the Chairman of the Board.
