RHI Magnesita India Limited has intimated the stock exchanges about an upcoming board meeting scheduled for Tuesday, 11 August 2026. The primary purpose of this meeting is to consider, approve, and take on record the company's unaudited financial results for the quarter ended 30 June 2026 (Q1 FY27). The company will present both standalone and consolidated financial results.
The financial results will be subject to a limited review by the company's statutory auditors, as required under regulatory guidelines.
