RHI Magnesita India discloses a Board-approved sale of its closed Bhilai subsidiary plant's industrial land and machinery.
The disclosure is made under SEBI Listing Regulations, following the plant's operational closure effective 31 May 2024.
The subsidiary RHIMIRL's Board approved the asset sale on 20 May 2026 for the previously discontinued manufacturing facility.
