The event was inaugurated by RIIM Chairman Prof. Suraj Sharma and Chief Mentor Retd. IPS Shri Rajendra Singh, and welcomed by Director Dr. Ajit Sane and Dean Dr. Manisha Saxena.
Manoj Sharma recounted his transition from an academically struggling student to a respected IPS officer, highlighting obstacles, failures, self‑doubt, and the crucial support of his wife during his Civil Services preparation.
He emphasized the importance of self‑discipline, consistency, focus, resilience, and viewing failures as learning opportunities.
The session aimed to provide experiential learning, fostering confidence, adaptability, and leadership among management students.
RIIM Pune announced the launch of its PGDM + SAP CXOs program, a pioneering initiative that combines advanced SAP training with executive leadership development to bridge management education and industry expectations.
