RIR Power Electronics Limited has intimated the Bombay Stock Exchange Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. about an upcoming meeting of its Board of Directors.
The board meeting is scheduled to be held on Monday, 26th October, 2026. The primary agenda for this meeting is to consider and approve the Un-audited Standalone Financial Results for the second quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2026 (Q2).
Pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company's corresponding policy, the trading window for dealing in securities by Designated Persons has been closed since 1st October, 2026. This closure will remain in effect until forty-eight hours after the declaration of the financial results.
This intimation is made in compliance with Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
