Ritco Logistics Limited submitted a regulatory disclosure to the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and Bombay Stock Exchange Limited regarding updates to its Employee Stock Option Plans.
ESOP Plan 2022 Update
The Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Company, at its meeting held on July 24, 2026, discussed that 2,500 (Two Thousand Five Hundred) stock options granted to one employee remained unvested and were cancelled due to the employee's discontinuation of service and surrender of options.
As a result, the total ESOP grant under the "PRAGATI KI AUR" Employee Stock Option Plan 2022 now stands at 137,250 stock options as of the disclosure date.
ESOP Plan 2023 Update
The Nomination and Remuneration Committee also approved the issuance of grant letters for 73,000 stock options under the "Employee Stock Option Plan- PRAGATI KI AUR -II" (ESOP Plan 2023). Each option is exercisable into one equity share of the company, and these options were granted to employees.
The total outstanding stock options under the "Employees Stock Option Plan-Pragati Ki Aur-II" (ESOP Plan 2023) now amount to 312,000 as of the disclosure date.
