RITES Appoints Subhra Mandal as Regional Head

RITES Ltd disclosed a senior management change effective May 1, 2026 pursuant to SEBI Listing Regulations.
Shri Subhra Jyoti Mandal, GGM/Civil, will assume role as Regional Head of East Coast Region Project Office in Bhubaneswar.
Shri Anil Prakash will cease to be part of senior management due to repatriation from the same regional head position.
Shri Mandal brings over 25 years of railway infrastructure experience including major national project execution.
