RITES CMD Rahul Mithal Tenure Extended to June 2027

RITES Limited has received formal approval from the Ministry of Railways, Government of India for the extension of tenure of Shri Rahul Mithal (DIN 07610499) as Chairman & Managing Director of the company. The approval was communicated via letter No. 2020/E(O)II/40/7 dated 20th August 2026.

The Competent Authority has approved the extension of Shri Rahul Mithal's tenure beyond 6th October 2026 until the date of his superannuation, which is 30th June 2027. The extension will remain effective until this date or until further orders, whichever occurs earlier.

The company is currently in the process of completing the requisite statutory formalities related to this tenure extension. A separate disclosure in compliance with SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 will be filed subsequently.
