A meeting of the Board of Directors is scheduled to be held on Thursday, 18th June, 2026. The primary agenda is to consider, approve and take on record the audited financial results of the Company for both the quarter ended and financial year ended 31st March, 2026.
Trading Window Closure
As per the Company's Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading framed under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the equity shares of the Company has been closed since 1st April 2026. The trading window will remain closed until 48 hours after the communication of the financial results to the Stock Exchange.
