- Approval Workflow Management
- Digital Proceedings Generation
- Dashboard & Analytics
- Role-Based Access Control
Commercial Terms
- Execution Model: Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) model
- Maintenance Period: Post-deployment Operations & Maintenance (O&M) for 3 years
- Pricing Structure: Consideration includes charges on a per-student, per-semester/year examination basis, irrespective of the number of papers appearing in such semester/year examination
- Project Classification:
- Work Order 1 (EMS): Tier-2 (₹1 Cr to ₹10 Cr range, inclusive of GST)
- Work Order 2 (Affiliation Management): Tier-1 (Upto ₹1 Cr range, inclusive of GST)
- Entity Type: Domestic
- Related Party Status: No interest of promoter/promoter group/group companies in the Government Department; Not related party transactions
User Base and Platform Context
The modules will serve approximately 400,000 students across the Higher Technical Education ecosystem of SBTET A.P. The work orders pertain to the expansion of the SBTET A.P – Academic Monitoring & Administrative Automation Application (AMAAA) Platform, which is an integrated E-Governance platform for the Higher Education ecosystem of SBTET A.P.
