The Board will consider and approve the following agenda items:
- Unaudited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2026
- Unaudited Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2026
- Any other business with the permission of the chair
In continuation of the company's letter dated June 25, 2026, and in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (as amended), the trading window for dealing in the company's securities has been closed from July 1, 2026. The closure will remain in effect until 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, to the public.
The company has specifically informed designated persons, Key Managerial Personnel (KMPs), and their relatives not to trade in the company's securities during this period of trading window closure.
