Rollatainers Limited CFO Mr. Manbar Singh Rawat resigned effective close of business March 31, 2026, citing personal reasons.
Mr. Rawat will also cease to be a Key Managerial Personnel under Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013.
The company is in the process of appointing a new CFO and will inform stock exchanges in due course.
