Roni Households Sells 1.93% Stake, Roni Agro Ceases to be Subsidiary

Roni Households sold 96,643 shares (1.93% stake) in Roni Agro, reducing its holding from 50.95% to 49.02%, causing Roni Agro to cease being a subsidiary.
The transaction, valued at Rs. 11.59 lakhs, involved 15 buyers and was executed at Rs. 12 per share on April 6, 2026.
Roni Agro contributed 54.63% of consolidated turnover and 31.25% of consolidated net worth in the last financial year.
