Roni Households Sells 4.26% Stake in Roni Agro

Roni Households Limited disposed of 213,029 equity shares (4.26% stake) in its associate company Roni Agro Limited to 53 individual buyers on April 7, 2026.
The transaction consideration was ₹25,56,348 received at ₹12 per share, reducing Roni Households' holding in Roni Agro from 49.02% to 44.76%.
Roni Agro contributed 54.63% (₹937.26 lakhs) to consolidated turnover and 31.25% (₹512.73 lakhs) to consolidated net worth in the last financial year.
The disclosure is made pursuant to SEBI LODR Regulation 30, confirming no buyers belong to promoter group and transaction is not a related party transaction.
