The acquisition was completed on July 17, 2026.
The total consideration paid for the property was ₹1,30,00,000 (Rupees One Crore Thirty Lakhs Only).
The funding for this acquisition is in accordance with the objects of a preferential issue previously approved by the company's Board of Directors and shareholders.

- Sellers: Mr. Sachin Diwakar Deshpande and Mr. Salil Diwakar Deshpande
- Nature of Acquisition: Acquisition of freehold immovable property by way of a registered Sale/Conveyance Deed.
- Property Description: Non-agricultural land admeasuring 258.35 sq. metres (50% share of Plot No. 5, Survey No. 124/2) together with a bungalow (Municipal House No. 493). The structure consists of stilt plus two upper floors with a built-up area of approximately 1,721 sq. ft. (160 sq. metres). The property is located at Village Valvan, Taluka Maval, District Pune, Maharashtra.
- Purpose of Acquisition: The property has been acquired for the company's business purposes, including strategic expansion and the creation of long-term asset value.
- Related Party Transaction: The acquisition is not a related party transaction.
- Promoter Interest: Promoters/promoter group have no interest in the transaction.
- Arm's Length: The transaction has been undertaken at arm's length.
