Rossell India Appoints Digant Parikh Whole Time Director

Mr. Digant Mahesh Parikh (DIN: 00212589) was appointed as a Whole Time Director of the Company.
The appointment was effective from 26th August, 2026.
The term of appointment is for a period of about three years, until 31st July, 2029.
The company confirms that Mr. Parikh has not been debarred from holding the office of Director by any order issued by SEBI or any other Authority.
The appointment was intimated in a previous letter dated 25th August, 2026, which also contained the relevant details/parameters required under sub-para 7 of Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI LODR regulations, read with SEBI Master circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFDPOD2/1/3762/2026 dated 30th January, 2026.

This intimation is a follow-up to an email and verbal communication received from The National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE) on 21st September, 2026, referencing their circular no. NSE/CML/2018/24 dated 20th June, 2018.
The NSE's email, sent on 21st September, 2026 at 10:54 AM by CS Vaibhav Mali (Deputy Manager - Listing Compliance), requested a revised announcement with the specified parameters relating to the appointment.
The company stated that the required details were already provided in their letter dated 25th August, 2026.
