He is also an authorised officer and has served as Managing Director of Börger India, with responsibilities encompassing global sales strategy and the management of international subsidiaries and sales teams. Previously, he held sales leadership positions at John Crane and Allweiler AG, with expertise in global market development, sales organisation restructuring, P&L management, KPI-driven performance, and international team leadership.
