- The facility is intended for use by Roto Energy Systems Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Roto Pumps Ltd
- The subsidiary will manufacture and supply solar pumping systems from this facility
- The Company has submitted applications to the New Okhla Industrial Development Authority (NOIDA) for:
- Issuance of the Completion Certificate
- Declaration of the unit as Functional
- This update follows previous communication dated February 27, 2025 regarding commencement of construction for the first phase
- The company will provide further updates on any material developments regarding this project
