  • The condition regarding investment in new activity/project is also not applicable as there is no new activity or project.

The explanatory statement confirms that none of the Directors, Key Managerial Personnel, or their relatives are concerned or interested in the resolution, financially or otherwise, except to the extent of their shareholding in the company.
