Dividend Declaration
Route Mobile Limited declared First Interim Dividend of ₹4 (Rupees Four) per equity share (40%) having nominal value of ₹10 each for FY 2026-27. The dividend was declared by the Board of Directors in their meeting held on July 23, 2026 (Ref No: RML/2026-27/691).

Tax Deduction at Source Procedures
Resident Shareholders
- Standard TDS rate: 10% with valid PAN
- Higher TDS rate: 20% for no PAN/valid PAN not updated/PAN not linked with Aadhaar/specified person under Section 397(2)
- No TDS if dividend payable to resident individual shareholders with valid PAN is less than ₹10,000 per annum during Tax Year 2026-27
- Form 121 submission for nil TDS (applicable to resident individuals including those above 60 years)
- Lower/nil tax deduction certificates under Section 197/395(1) of Income-tax Act accepted
Specific exemption categories with nil TDS:
- Securitisation Trusts (Section 221(6)(d))
- Insurance Companies (LIC, GIC, etc.) where Section 393(1) doesn't apply
- Entities covered under Section 393(5) (Government, RBI, corporations established by Central Act & mutual funds)
- Category I and II Alternative Investment Funds (SEBI registered)
- Recognised provident funds, approved superannuation funds, approved gratuity funds
- New Pension System (NPS) Trust
- Shareholders exempted through CBDT Circular or notification
Non-Resident Shareholders
- Company not obligated to apply beneficial DTAA rates automatically
- Application of beneficial DTAA rates depends on completeness of submitted documents
- Tax Identification Number of country of residence required
- Form 41 in electronic format mandatory if information not contained in Tax Residence Certificate
Document Submission Requirements
- Deadline: Wednesday, July 29, 2026 by 5:00 PM (IST)

- Documents required: Form 121, lower tax deduction certificates, PAN card copies, relevant exemption evidence
- Late submissions will not be considered
PAN and KYC Requirements
- PAN mandatory for all shareholders
- PAN-Aadhaar linkage required as per Section 262(6) of Income-tax Act, 2025
- Physical shareholders must update KYC details (PAN, nomination, contact details, mobile number, bank account details, signature) by April 1, 2024 mandate
- Dividend payments to physical shareholders will be made only electronically after KYC compliance
General Instructions
- TDS certificate will be emailed to registered email IDs
- Shareholders can view TDS credit in Form 168 via e-filing account
- Higher TDS deductions cannot be claimed against the Company
- Shareholders responsible for any income tax demands arising from misrepresentation
- For joint shareholders, first-named shareholder must furnish documents
- Company not obligated to amend TDS returns after filing deadline
