- Effective from September 24, 2026, Actis Generics Private Limited has become a subsidiary of RPG Life Sciences Limited
- Actis Generics Private Limited is now a wholly owned subsidiary of RPG Active Pharma Limited
- This follows the initial intimation letter dated July 29, 2026 regarding the execution of the Share Purchase Agreement
