M/s RPP Infra Projects Limited has received a new work order from State Industries Promotion Corporation of Tamil Nadu Limited (SIPCOT) for "Removal of Retrieved Hard Rock Materials at SIPCOT Industrial Park, Shoolagiri."

Contract Terms and Conditions
- Execution Period: 12 months from the date of handing over of the site
- Security Deposit: ₹25,65,000 (5% of contract value) to be submitted within 10 days of work order receipt in the form of Demand Draft/Irrevocable Bank Guarantee valid for contract period + one year + three months claim period
- Payment Terms: 50% of contract price to be remitted within 30 days of work order issue. Balance amount to be paid in 25% installments on 6th month and 9th month respectively with 12% simple interest to SIPCOT
- Agreement Requirement: Non-judicial stamp paper of ₹500 to be produced within 10 days for preparing agreement
- Insurance: Required for the contract value within 21 days from work order date, with coverage for the contract period
- Site Handover: Contractor must contact Project Officer, SIPCOT Industrial Park at Shoolagiri to take over site and commence work within 15 days of work order receipt
Compliance and Regulatory Aspects
- Disclosure made pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024
- No promoter/promoter group/group companies have any interest in the entity that awarded the order
- The order does not qualify as a related party transaction and is conducted at arm's length
- Contractor must provide PAN card and GST number copy along with stamp paper
- Contractor must facilitate compliance under EPF & MP Act, 1952 for this work
Consequences of Non-compliance
Failure to commence work, produce security deposit, or sign agreement will result in cancellation of work order with forfeiture of EMD paid. Security deposit will be forfeited if work is not carried out according to specifications, leading to contract termination at contractor's risk and cost.
