Strategic Partnership Overview
RSL Group, a global creative education organisation active in more than 60 countries, and Casio India Co. Pvt. Ltd., the Indian subsidiary of Casio Computer Co., Ltd., announced a strategic partnership aimed at expanding contemporary keyboard education throughout India. The collaboration combines RSL’s expertise in modern music pedagogy with Casio’s leadership in musical‑instrument manufacturing.
Core Initiatives
The partnership will launch two primary programmes:
1. Co‑branded learning resources – A series of three physical method books will be jointly developed: a Beginner Piano Method Book, a Beginner Keyboard Method Book, and an Advanced Keyboard Method Book. Each book will be supported by interactive digital lesson content that showcases Casio instruments. The books will be supplied alongside selected Casio keyboard models, ranging from the beginner‑friendly Slim & Smart series to standard and Indian series keyboards for progressive learning, and Casio’s premium Digital Piano lineup for advanced and professional use.
2. Nationwide teacher development workshops – Commencing in 2026, a series of professional‑development workshops will be delivered by experienced RSL trainers from India and the United Kingdom. The workshops will address practical teaching techniques, learner engagement, contemporary repertoire, and creativity‑focused keyboard instruction. Sessions will be held in major Indian cities with high musical interest, specifically Delhi, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Pune, Guwahati, Kochi and Trichy.
Reach Targets
The initiative is designed to directly engage over 150,000 music enthusiasts and more than 1,000 music teachers across India within the next three years, thereby creating a shared culture of music education.
